Doing laundry
Shopping for groceries
Getting my car’s oil changed
Cleaning out my cluttered closets
Trying to figure out what books I would give away from my overstuffed bookshelf
Cleaning out expired food in my cabinets
Getting gas
Being stuck in traffic trying to do anything
Cooking and cleaning my kitchen
Online shopping
Seems “normal” maybe, but as it turns out your normal is what you decide it is.
